Fixed on-call duty rosters often have to be changed at short notice. This results in errors and delays when adjusting the call forwarding in the control center while no employee is available.
DAKS on-call management enables employees to log on, log off and change on-call duty on their own via telephone or web interface. Preset rules and conditions ensure that the on-call service is always available.
