With the function module 'Info Telephone', DAKS becomes an intelligent multi-channel announcement device. This means that many callers can be informed simultaneously using ad-hoc or pre-recorded announcements – e.g. for the implementation of a citizens' hotline.
The server can also be called from outside to play back live broadcasts, e.g. from ongoing conferences or other events.
