DAKS and OScAR Are Now Fully Available in the Mitel Portfolio

DAKS and OScAR have been known for decades for their certified integration into the Unify portfolio. Now DAKS and OScAR solutions are also fully available for the entire Mitel product portfolio. This extension includes both voice alerting and deeply integrated messaging for the Mitel DECT infrastructure.

With the outstanding features in personal security that were previously reserved for Unify systems, DAKS and OScAR will soon also offer comprehensive security solutions for Mitel products. This will strengthen security for the Mitel DECT IP solution in conjunction with the MiVoice telephone systems or OpenScape products. In addition, the entire spectrum of DAKS applications in alarm, information and communication management can now also be used in the Mitel product portfolio.

This contributes to investment protection. For example, if PBXs or end devices are to be replaced or migrated, the existing alarm server, including the stored alarm scenarios, can continue to be used – an enormous relief in view of the effort previously invested in implementing complex emergency plans as an alarm workflow in the alarm server.

Thus, OScAR and DAKS now complement each other in various Mitel marketing channels.
